Refund/Cancellation Policy

1.1.WebInOrbit offers services such as consultations, design solutions, software development. Due to the nature of our personalized and digital services, refunds are generally not provided once a service has been delivered or initiated.

1.2.For paid consultation sessions, cancellations are allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled time. In such cases, a full refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

1.3.If a user is dissatisfied with a service, they may request a review within 7 days of completion. Refunds or revisions will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of WebInOrbit.

1.4.Subscription-based services (if applicable) can be canceled at any time, but refunds will not be issued for the current billing cycle.

1.5. In cases of technical errors or duplicate payments, users must notify WebInOrbit immediately, and a refund will be processed after verification.
