Refund and Cancellation Policy
Fair and transparent refund policies for all credit-based transactions with Stubic Solutions Private Limited, operating as WebInOrbit.

1. Credit-Based Refunds
All credit purchases are final and non-refundable. Once credits are purchased and added to your account, they cannot be refunded or converted to cash. Credits are non-transferable and can only be used for services on the platform.
Credits do not expire and remain in your account until used. If you have any questions about credit purchases or usage, please contact our support team.
2. Service Booking Refunds (Installment-Based)
The first installment is 50% of the total service amount. If a cancellation request is made within 24 hours of payment and before work has commenced, 30% of the total amount will be refunded. The remaining 20% of the total amount is retained towards onboarding, planning, and administrative costs.
Once service work has commenced, all payments are non-refundable. This policy applies to all service bookings regardless of the number of installments paid or the stage of service completion.
Important: Platform and payment gateway fees are always non-refundable, regardless of cancellation timing.
3. Session Booking Refunds (Time-Based)
Session booking refunds depend on cancellation timing relative to the scheduled session. The refund structure is as follows:
- Cancel 48+ hours before session: 90% refunded, 10% deducted for administrative costs
- Cancel 24-48 hours before session: 70% refunded, 30% deducted
- Cancel 12-24 hours before session: 50% refunded, 50% deducted
- Cancel less than 12 hours before: 20% refunded, 80% deducted
- No refund after session has started: Once the session begins, no refunds will be issued
Note: Platform and gateway fees are always non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing.
4. Installment Payment Refunds
For service bookings with 3-installment payments (50%, 20%, 30%), the refund policy is as follows:
- First Installment (50%): Required to initiate the service
- Second Installment (20%): Due during service delivery
- Third Installment (30%): Final payment upon completion
If cancellation is requested within 24 hours of the first payment and before work commences, 30% of the total amount will be refunded, with 20% retained for onboarding and administrative costs. Once work has commenced, all installments become non-refundable.
Platform and gateway fees are always non-refundable in all cases.
5. Subscription Cancellation & Refunds
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your account dashboard. However, refunds are only available for the current billing cycle if cancelled within 7 days of the payment date.
- Cancellation Window: Cancel within 7 days of payment for a refund of the current cycle
- No Refunds for Past Cycles: Previous billing cycles are non-refundable
- Service Continuation: Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and service continues until that date
To cancel your subscription, log into your account dashboard and follow the cancellation process. You will receive a confirmation email once cancellation is processed.
6. Non-Refundable Items
Once payment is made for any service, the transaction is final and non-refundable. This includes:
- All service bookings after payment confirmation
- Subscriptions for paid billing cycles (except as specified in Section 5)
- Credit purchases
- Platform fees
- Payment gateway charges
Services are considered initiated upon payment confirmation, and no refunds will be issued regardless of service completion status, unless explicitly stated in the applicable refund policy section above.
7. Payment Gateway & Processing Fees
Platform fees and Razorpay gateway charges with GST are mandatory and non-refundable in all cases. The fee structure is as follows:
Domestic Transactions:
Payment includes Base amount + 2% Platform fee + 2.36% Razorpay fee with GST.
International Transactions:
Payment includes Base amount + 2% Platform fee + 3.54% Razorpay fee with GST.
All charges are automatically included in the final payment amount and are clearly displayed before payment confirmation. All payments are processed through Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified secure payment gateway, ensuring your financial information is protected with industry-leading security standards.
Important: All fees (platform fees, gateway charges, and currency conversion fees) are non-refundable in all circumstances, including cancellations, refunds, or service terminations.
8. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, you must submit a request via email to Stubic Solutions Private Limited (operating as WebInOrbit) within the applicable time window specified in the relevant refund policy section above.
Refund Request Requirements:
- Email support required - send your request to our support email address
- Include your booking reference number or transaction ID
- Specify the reason for the refund request
- Provide any relevant documentation or evidence
Processing Timeline:
- Refund requests are reviewed within 2-3 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the transaction
- You will receive email confirmation once the refund is processed
