Fair and transparent refund policies for all credit-based transactions with Stubic Solutions Private Limited, operating as WebInOrbit.

Credit-Based Refunds

Refunds will be issued as platform credits. No cash refunds are allowed.

  • Credits are non-transferable
  • Refund applies only before service initiation
  • Used credits are non-refundable

Service Booking Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on cancellation timing relative to the booked session.

  • Cancel 24+ hours before: 90% refunded, 10% deducted
  • Cancel 12–24 hours before: 50% refunded, 50% deducted
  • Cancel <12 hours before: 10% refunded, 90% deducted
  • No refund post-session

Non-Refundable Items

Except for bookings, all other services are non-refundable once delivered or initiated.

  • Posted collaborations
  • Delivered digital solutions

Refund Request Process
