SaaStr CEO Jason Lemkin observes that many in tech have lost their sense of purpose during recent market challenges. His advice: refocus on what makes the work rewarding. As Lemkin puts it, if your startup role is truly fulfilling, then "do more of it" – in other words, invest more time in the parts of your work that excite you. This mindset shift can restore motivation.
